For example, a significant part of the fire risks in a traditional combustion engine vehicle is related to the vehicle&#8217;s electrical system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">These risks are further accentuated in an electric vehicle with more electrical components, wiring, and higher power running through the electrical system. In addition, the Li-ion battery adds a whole new risk element to an electric vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"alignwide has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\" id=\"we-re-a-studio-in-berlin-with-an-international-practice-in-architecture-urban-planning-and-interior-design-we-believe-in-sharing-knowledge-and-promoting-dialogue-to-increase-the-creative-potential-of-collaboration\" style=\"font-size:48px;line-height:1.1\">Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">Through multiple international collaborative research projects in which studies were made of fire risks associated with lithium-ion batteries in vehicles, Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection has developed the fire protection system solution Safe EVTM that addresses and mitigates these risks effectively and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">The suppression agent Forrex EV\u2122 is part of the complex system solution, providing adequate cooling capacity to slow the fire development and allow the safe evacuation of passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">Depending on the protection level that needs to be achieved, the early warning detection system solution Safe EV\u2122 can be applied outside the battery packs or as an integrated part.
