The higher energy storage capability and better charge\/discharge performance have led to a rapidly increased use of this technology outside the automotive industry. They have been crucial in the increased popularity of electric and hybrid vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:0px\">These batteries usually are very reliable over their lifespan. Still, unfortunately, in case of failure, they can lead to severe consequences for the integrity of the installation and the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignfull has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"alignwide has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\" id=\"we-re-a-studio-in-berlin-with-an-international-practice-in-architecture-urban-planning-and-interior-design-we-believe-in-sharing-knowledge-and-promoting-dialogue-to-increase-the-creative-potential-of-collaboration\" style=\"font-size:48px;line-height:1.1\">Dafo Energy Storage Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">When Li-ion batteries fail through short-circuiting, overcharging, high temperatures, mechanical damage, and overheating, this might cause thermal runaway. A plug-and-play solution able to make an alarm in the venting phase before the battery goes into thermal runaway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\">The system will come with coded cabling, so each component has its place. The CO sensors will be pre-programmed at 50 ppm for alarms, and the system can handle four sensors simultaneously.
